Robot Plasma Door Cut Machine

1.The Plasma Cut Machine designed for main production purpose and intended for assisted automatic cutting door or hand hole on the tape pole (diameter changing) and on the tube (equal diameter) with manual control loading and unloading.

2.This design machine not only can cut Door on Round Pole or Tube, but also on 8 side pole or 12 side pole.

3.Machine manufacturing and assembly made according to following codes and standards:

3.1.Mechanical system: relevant ISO and GB standards

3.2.Electrical system: IEC and 3C

4.The machine composes by following three parts:

4.1.Mechanical loading and unloading rotating arms; the position clamping system with AC Servo Drive.

4.2.ABB IRB2400 Robot and controller or Mitsubishi Industrial Robot RV-12SD/12SDL and controller..

4.3.Plasma Power Source Thermal Dynamics A60.
