Lighting Pole Seam Weld Machine

Herein the welding machine design for main production purpose and intended for assisted automatic welding with manual loading, parts set up and unloading.

For Lighting Pole manufacturing, you can get very good weld quality and low investment with this design machine. In this design, we focus to make the small frame so that the seamer will not take much room in your shop.

Each machine has one vertical axis gantry comprising steel frame, two guide rods and two linear rails; the vertical rolling unit incorporating the weld torch with manual position adjustment, a self-center system on ball bush.

The machine has two cross roller units. Each roller is fitter onto an articulated support actuated by a hydraulic cylinder. Other two cylinders can be up and down two cross roller units. The units have angular and vertical adjustment by manual. Has two different kind of rolls in the cross push units, can be changed due to different poles.

Transmission of the weld carriage by rack and pinion, driven by geared motor unit. The motor speed and control are achieved by programmable electronic speed regulator (PLC and frequency driver).

The machine has one Lincoln weld generator DC600 and controller NA5.
