Pole Trapezoid Automatic Bending

Traditional Brake DNC controlling servo motor bending process can't work well on the pole trapezoid bending, special on the round pole forming.

Our solution takes two industry cameras to recognize the bending marks which draws on the surface of the trapezoid sheet by automatically. So the bending process can be done without manual control, only need input the bending data before process.

the camera fixing positions can be adjusted to fitting the trapezoid length.

This full automatic modification is more suitable for bending the large poles, improves efficiency and reduces labor intensity.
